Professor Rainer Kolisch and Hans-Jorg Schutz, from the TUM School of Management, Technical University of Munich, gave two talks on 'Capacity allocation for demand of different customer-product-combinations with cancellation, no-shows and overbooking when there is a sequential delivery of service' at Lancaster University Management School on 4 December 2009.
